But The Twelve 660 isn’t just thin for the sake of it. This is a quietly sophisticated dress piece whose minimal design is considered and intentional in every way, letting the details speak for themselves.

Both the case and integrated bracelet have been redesigned for the Twelve 660. Not only are they slimmer than on previous Twelves, but also more comfortable. The metal flows seamlessly from case to link to clasp, where you’ll find a new super-thin buckle with hidden pushers.

On the dial, the signature 3D surface has been replaced with a granular texture that gives the brushed and polished indexes space – and makes the watch feel more luxurious. While printed indexes would have enabled us to go thinner, the applied indexes and twin-flags logo concentrate the mind on the purity of the timekeeping experience.

This all-watch sleekness is only possible due to the Sellita SW210 handwound movement, extensively modified by Christopher Ward. Through the clear caseback you can see unique high-grade finish on the wheels with a new, custom-designed, custom-made train bridge. These were designed in-house, machined at Palouzzo and finished at APJ, making use of key suppliers CW worked with on the C1 Bel Canto.
