The Lorca Model No. 2 is the sophomore release from the young New York–based watch brand Lorca Watches, launched in October 2024 as a follow-up to the brand’s first model, the Model No. 1 GMT. Lorca itself was founded by musician and watch enthusiast Jesse Marchant, who set out to build well-made Swiss-made mechanical timepieces that combine vintage charm with modern reliability.

Unlike its GMT predecessor, the Model No. 2 is a manual-wound chronograph that embraces a classic three-register layout and mid-century proportions, packed into a compact 37mm stainless steel case. It pairs traditional chronograph aesthetics—nostalgic design cues and a distinctive guilloché 12-hour rotating bezel—with contemporary build quality, including 100 m water resistance and a Swiss Sellita SW510 M movement with about 63 hours of power reserve.

Since its debut, the Model No. 2 has been noted for blending elegant vintage vibes with practical everyday wearability, positioning it as an expressive yet functional chronograph that reflects both Lorca’s design philosophy and the founder’s collector-driven roots. This is a limited edition production of 150 watches.
