Used Rolex Submariner Steel Oyster 116610 Black Dial

Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 116610 (2011 – 2020) was the first stainless steel Submariner Date to feature a durable ceramic bezel. The previous ref. 16610 was furnished with aluminum, and although it was also 40mm, it had slightly more understated proportions, thanks to smaller crown guards and narrower lugs. As a result, this watch wears a bit differently on the wrist. It exudes contemporary elegance without forsaking its dive watch roots, either. The case is still rated waterproof up to 100 meters, and the bezel features a unidirectional rotation for safer underwater timekeeping. Rolex recently discontinued this model in favor of the incoming 41mm generation. Still, it remains a highly sought-after collector’s item on the secondary market.
