The Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra was introduced in 2002 as a versatile, elegant timepiece bridging the gap between Omega’s sportier Seamaster models and dress watches. The collection draws inspiration from Omega’s rich maritime heritage, particularly the original Seamaster line launched in 1948. The Aqua Terra’s name reflects its duality—”Aqua” for water and “Terra” for land—indicating its suitability for both nautical adventures and everyday wear. Renowned for its clean, classic design, the Aqua Terra features signature “teak” patterned dials, reminiscent of wooden boat decks.

In this model, the symmetrical 34 mm case and integrated bracelet are crafted from stainless steel and 18K Sedna™ gold. The waved agate grey dial features a date window at 6 o’clock, while 18K Sedna™ gold is used for the hands as well as the indexes, which are shaped like sailboat hulls.

The watch is driven by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Caliber 8800, certified at the industry’s highest standard by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).

Over the years, the Aqua Terra has evolved with technological advancements, including the introduction of Omega’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer movements, making it a symbol of precision and style.
