1. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. A binding contract forms only when we send order confirmation via email.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices in USD, excluding $450 flat shipping & applicable sales tax
• Full payment required before order processing
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Promotional discounts non-transferable
• Payment methods: Credit cards & bank wire transfers only

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Flat Rate: $450 on ALL orders worldwide
• Timeline: Maximum 5-7 business days from payment clearance
• Signature Required: Adult (21+) must sign for delivery
• Risk Transfers: Upon carrier pickup from our facility
• Failed Delivery: Customer pays return shipping + redelivery fees

• Window: 14 calendar days from delivery date
• Condition: Unused, original packaging, no scratches
• Customer Pays: Return shipping ($450) + 10% restocking fee (max $500)
• Non-Returnable: Special orders, engraved items, hygiene seals broken
• Processing: 5 business days after inspection

6. Warranty Information

• New Watches: Full manufacturer warranty
• Pre-Owned: Our 24-month limited warranty
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
• Exclusions: Normal wear, abuse, improper use, unauthorized repairs
• Repairs: Free within warranty period (shipping excluded)

7. Order Cancellation

• Pre-Shipment: Full refund less 5% processing fee
• Post-Shipment: Subject to return policy above
• Special Orders: Non-cancellable, non-refundable
• Request Deadline: Within 24 hours of order confirmation

8. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate shipping/billing information
• Ensure someone 21+ available for delivery signature
• Inspect package immediately upon receipt
• Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
• Maintain warranty conditions

9. Prohibited Conduct

• No fraudulent orders or payment methods
• No bulk purchasing for resale without approval
• No unauthorized returns or warranty claims
• No harassment of staff or false reviews
• Account termination for violations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Chrono Swiss Watch's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute. No consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for delays due to: natural disasters, carrier failures, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
