- Pack item securely using original box + outer shipping carton

Refunds processed within 14 business days of receiving & inspecting returned item.
- Credit Card: 3-5 business days to process + 3-10 days bank posting
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days to original account
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable ($450 flat rate)
- Sales Tax: Fully refunded to original jurisdiction
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Special Orders or custom configurations
- Engraved, personalized, or monogrammed watches
- Opened warranty seals or accessories
- Watches with missing original packaging/papers
- Worn, damaged, or altered timepieces
6. Defective & Damaged Returns
Free returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Full refund + free replacement available.
- Photos/videos required within 48 hours of delivery
- Pre-paid return shipping label provided
- No restocking fees or deductions
- Expedited replacement processing (2-3 business days)
7. Return Shipping Instructions
- Use sturdy outer carton (retain original watch box)
- Insure return shipment for full purchase value
- Signature required both ways
- Trackable carrier only (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
- Customer responsible for loss/damage during return transit
8. Refund Exclusions
- Original $450 shipping fee - non-refundable
- Sales tax - refunded separately to comply with state law
- Restocking fee - 10% of watch price (max $500)
- International return shipping - customer pays full cost
9. Exchange Policy
Exchanges treated as return + new purchase. Same fees apply. Limited to available inventory.
