• Risk of Loss: Transfers to buyer upon carrier handover
• Failed Delivery: Returned at customer expense

• 14-Day Return Window: From delivery date for unused items in original condition
• Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping ($450 flat rate)
• Restocking Fee: 10% of purchase price (max $500) for non-defective returns
• Final Sale Items: Special orders, engraved watches, discontinued models
• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receipt inspection

• Manufacturer warranties honored where applicable
• Our 2-year limited warranty on pre-owned watches
• Free repairs for manufacturing defects within warranty period
• Condition accurately disclosed for pre-owned timepieces

7. Account Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate account information
• Security: Keep your password confidential; notify us of unauthorized use
• Age: Must be 18+ years old to create an account
• Suspension: We may suspend accounts for violations without notice
